"i've wondered so many times what exactly it is about this franchise that captivates me so entirely. i've broken it apart, analyzed the tropes, studied it frame by frame at times. i'm not sure i'll ever be able to put into words exactly why this specific film took over my life. but i'm so, so glad that it did."
